Receive Error:
An unexpected error has occurred. This error has been logged for administrator review.
You may want to try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.
Click "Create a new finding"
Receive:
Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in E:\OpenFISMA\application\views\scripts\finding\create.phtml on line 109

I had the same issue when I installed OpenFisma. It seems that some of the pages will error out until you've gone into the Administration menu and done some of the basic setup. Through the Administration menu, create at least one System and one Organization. If you still can't access the Assets page, try creating a Network (also in the Administration menu).
I think the issue is that some of the pages (like Assets) run queries that will error out if no records exist in some of the tables.
Good luck and post back if you get stuck... I had the same problems and eventually got almost everything working.
