Is there a place to report bugs?

I believe I found one, its rather simple, in the approval process someone who is a member of the IVV role can not approve "Mitigation Strategy Provided to IVV" just shows "pending"

fix is grant the "Mitigation Strategy Provided to IVV" to the IVV role, I would think this would be "by default" right for that role with the default secuirty model, or am I missing something

There's a bug tracker for OpenFISMA hosted on SourceForge:

I haven't looked at the workflow much yet, but there are quite a few bug records so a search might turn up something.

Yep, the tracker is on sourceforge.net, all you need is a sourceforge account and you can create a bug, please do a search first to see if one is already open, but we welcome your findings, thanks!
